Monthly Lawn Care Pricing:

Our flat-fee, monthly billing means lawn care you can plan for. No surprises or extra costs. We measure the area to be maintained using Google Earth so you can be confident you're only paying for what's needed. 

Monthly pricing is based on 22 cuts (weekly) over 5 months; book early for the best value. 

Small (up to 3,000 sq ft): $198 +gst ($45/cut*)

Medium (3,001 - 5,000 sq ft): $242 +gst ($55/cut*)

Large (5,001 - 8,000 sq ft): $286 + gst ($65/cut*)

Custom/Commercial: quote only 

Please note neglected or overgrown lawns will be charged an additional, one-time fee. 

*Average price is based on 22 cuts. Average price per cut will increase if starting after May 1st.

Fall Clean Up Starting at $250, save $50 if you also subscribe to monthly lawn care. 

• leaf and debris removal

Fertilization & Weed Control Program Starting at $250 for 4 applications throughout the growing season. 

A seasonal lawn health program designed to strengthen turf and reduce weeds throughout the growing season. Includes: 

• slow-release fertilizer 

• targeted weed control 

Pet Waste Pick Up Let us keep your yard looking and smelling great. Weekly visits starting at $60/month for one dog. One-time and initial clean up rates also available. 

Waste Bin Clean Out (May-Sept) Keep your waste bins smelling fresh all season long. Starting at $40/month for monthly cleaning of up to two bins.
