Pricing:

Our flat-fee, monthly billing means snow removal you can plan for. No surprises or extra costs. We measure the area to be cleared using Google Earth so you can be confident you're only paying for what needs to be cleared. 

Small (up to 1,200 sq ft): $220 + gst

Medium (1,201 - 2,000 sq ft): $250 + gst 

Large (2,001 - 3,000 sq ft): $280 + gst

Extra Large (3,001 - 4,000 sq ft): $320 + gst

Custom/Commercial: quote only 

Please note that rear garages and complex layouts may be charged an additional fee. 

FAQs:

• How often do you come? After each snowfall of at least 1 cm or more.

• Do you apply ice melt? Yes ice melt is applied on walkways/steps as needed (included).

• What happens during an ongoing snow storm? We typically complete one pass during the snowfall, then a next‑day pass if needed.

• Can I cancel? Yes, cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

• What if a vehicle is parked on my driveway? We do not return to clear snow that was inaccessible due to parked vehicles. 

• Do you clear sliding snow and ice that has melted and refrozen? No, we do not cover snow or ice that has melted and bonded to surfaces.
